Food has been my thing for as long as I can remember, so I wanted to create a place to keep my favourite recipes.

Not only do I love to eat and drink well, but I also like to eat food that is healthy for mind, body and soul!

Growing up, a lot of people close to me suffered from diet-related illnesses, which made me come to view eating and drinking well as a powerful form of self-care.

And to me, eating and drinking well is one of the highest forms of self-care.

So you typically won’t find classic comfort or junk food recipes here – but rather those recipes made with a healthier twist!
