Food has been my thing for as long as I can remember, so I wanted to create a place to keep and share my favourite recipes.

Not only do I love to eat and drink well, but I also like to eat food that is healthy for mind, body and soul.

Growing up,  I saw a lot of people close to me suffer from diet-related illnesses, which made me come to view food as a source of nourishment and wellbeing.

To me, eating and drinking well is one of the highest forms of self-care.

So you won’t find classic comfort or junk food recipes here – but rather those recipes made with a healthier twist!
